Ground choices and Roast preferences

Coarse to Medium Ground – for tools like : Moka Pot, Chemex, Hand-pour funnels, Paper-filtered tools, French Press,
Aeropress,Drip-cups, Cold Brew, flannel-clothe filters, syphon, Standard classic Coffeemakers( like Bunn’s), large coffee
urns ( Industrial, like Cecilware )
Fine Ground – Espresso machines, Lever hand-pressers, coffee pods and capsule/refills, pressurised extraction
equipments, Turkish-style coffee (extra fine),
Roast – Some like it strong, asking nothing less than an intense, full-bodied coffee, with strength that lasts and can pierce
through milk and frothed cream in a Latte, a Cappucino, or an iced coffee like a Vietnam Iced Milk Coffee (Caphe Sua Da);
While others want to have fun and enjoy the subtle, inherent fruity, winey-acidic coffee that’s light, clean and clear. Most
