“Ca Tru” is an art form performed in Hue royal court and loved by the nobility. This is an art form of the people of the North and the North Central region that was very popular in the 15th century. Ca Tru is a singing genre and usually has three main actors participating in the performance. In 2009, Ca Tru was recognized by Unesco as the National Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage. Here, banana is also a favorite dish and is used in family meals. The delicious taste of bananas has conquered the aristocracy, we also believe that when combining bananas with chocolate and peanut butter with sesame to enhance the taste, this dish also conquers your taste buds.
